Comprehensive Privacy Notice

In accordance with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, the "Law"), StoryBridge (hereinafter, the "Data Controller") provides you with this Privacy Notice.

1. Identity and Domicile of the Data Controller

StoryBridge, with legal domicile in Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data and sensitive information uploaded to the platform during the beta test period and subsequent launch.

2. Personal Data Collected

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will collect the following direct or indirect data:

• Full name (upon account registration).
• Contact email address.
• Technical session information and necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the web application.
• Production Documents (Scripts in PDF format): For algorithmic analysis and visual effects (VFX) breakdown using Artificial Intelligence tools.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data and documents will be strictly used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the service you are requesting:

• Provide secure access to the pre-production platform.
• Process uploaded scripts to extract scenes, locations, and technical requirements.
• Save an encrypted copy of your session in the cloud to allow you to resume your work later.
• Provide technical support and attend to error reports.

4. Intellectual Property Processing Environment

StoryBridge uses algorithmic procedures on its server to process and structure the text of your scripts. We categorically establish that your scripts and projects remain the exclusive intellectual property of the user and/or their respective owners.

StoryBridge guarantees that the text of your scripts WILL NOT be used to train public linguistic foundation models (Foundation Models). Service providers (such as OpenAI) operate under enterprise agreements (Zero-Data Retention API) where text is only processed to return your result and is not stored for machine learning.

5. Opt-Out Options and Isolated Sessions (Script Protection)

We understand the sensitivity of pre-production information. By default, the platform saves an encrypted copy of your PDF to allow you to resume your work in the future.

However, StoryBridge offers an Opt-Out (Isolated Session) option:

• The PDF file will be temporarily processed in the active system memory to generate the interactive breakdown, and will be permanently destroyed from our servers 48 hours after ending the session or closing the browser tab.
• Using this option means you will not be able to resume your session later, requiring you to upload the script and start from scratch on future accesses.

6. Data Transfer

The Data Controller will not make commercial transfers of your personal data or your documents to third parties without your consent. The only transfers made to cloud servers are for technical web architecture reasons, under strict confidentiality agreements and security protocols.

7. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, limit the use or revoke your consent related to your projects, send a written request to the email: admin@hssg.ai.

8. Changes to the Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may undergo updates resulting from new legal requirements, or improvements to our algorithms and data privacy architecture.

9. Use of Demonstration Scripts (Fair Use)

The pre-loaded demonstration scripts ("Demo Scripts") are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors and studios. They are included on the platform strictly and exclusively for demonstration of the software's structural operation for evaluation in the beta stage, being protected under the international doctrine of Fair Use. StoryBridge does not interfere with, commercialize, or claim any exploitation over the narrative content of the aforementioned works.
